CANCELLATION POLICY
A card on file is required to book an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the service total, even if the client plans to reschedule for another date.
If a client no call/no shows, that client will get charged 50% of the service total, and future bookings may be restricted. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
To reschedule without paying another deposit: Use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
LATENESS POLICY
Punctuality ensures that every client’s appointment runs smoothly.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your service total.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be charged 50% of the service total.
We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tipping can be done via cash, zelle, or through our POS system at checkout.

If you arrive with nail enhancements from another salon, additional fees may apply for product removal (see price list).

When booking, please select your services accurately to allow the appropriate time for your appointment (e.g., include nail length, repairs, or other add-ons). If the booking is incorrect and there is insufficient time for your desired service, adjustments or rescheduling may be necessary.
